“Roy is Professional that as a BIG HEART and a passion for helping others. The Anderson Family is TEAM ROY ALL THE WAY! My husband accepted a position in Northern Illinois, the company gave us 3 months to get our affairs in order, which included selling our first home. We had an unpleasant experience when purchasing our home, when looking for someone to sell our little hobbit hut, we were a bit nervous. Roy came highly recommended by a friend and after doing our own research we found that Roy came highly recommend by our community as well. The first time we met Roy, a HUGE weight was lifted. Among our laundry list of things to do, we felt having to sell our house was not one of them. Roy came to our meeting extremely prepared. He provided a list of things we needed to complete along with names and numbers of people to contact. He gave us a list of different selling options ( which was appreciated, being a time sensitive sale he didn’t make us feel obligated to the easiest options). The thing that made ROY stand out the most was his knowledge and willingness to share what he knows. Everything was explained with textbook and personal knowledge. He also took extra time to show us what to look for when purchasing a home, a list of questions to ask our realtor and helped us come up with a buying plan. (I WISH HE WAS LICENSED IN ILLINOIS!!!!!).
